Pick the best Google account enail and Signup Again with Google Adsense.
This may seem longwinded but I had to do this because even after I cancelled the first account months ago, Google Adsense kept giving me a ..message that my website email was not valid.( for example: Maxine@website name)
That's why both had to be cancelled.
Also, make sure that your website has quality content and all issues are rectified.
Fill in the website URL and the email address.
Copy the Google Adsense Code.
Go to Wordpress ack office and download THE INSERT HEADERS AND FOOTERS PLUGIN. Activate the plugin.
Paste the code in the header and SAVE.
Go back to the Signup page and click DONE.

Don't bother. As soon as they find out you're a Conservative they will shut you down immediately. This will continue until arrests are made in the coming months. Plus, unless your content is absolutely exceptional and you are getting mobs of visitors to your site they will shut you down. I thought this was going to be about how to fix this exact issue. I've never heard of anyone having the issue you mentioned. Seems like the exact opposite.

I have addressed how to cancel Adsense accounts because you are only allowed to have one. They told me I had two accounts
I fixed this problem on my own and shared my experience.
