Working with Designrr
The onboarding process for Designrr is straightforward and quite easy for users of any skill level. After you have received your login link and details, you'll be able to access your dashboard.
I - Creating Projects
Of course, you will first create a project by clicking the "Create a New Project" button situated at the top right corner.
After this, you will be required to import any content piece that will be used for the current project. You have the choice of importing an existing file (Google Doc, Word Doc, PDF, or eBook) or creating one from scratch.
The time that is taken for the imported document to load depends on the file size, after which you can proceed to choose your design style.
You'll find 200+ different design templates and layouts that you can choose for creating your lead magnet. For graphics, you can choose to use flat graphics and/or real-life photos or any other kinds of visuals.
After selecting any of the templates, you'll be taken to the summary screen before changes can be made. It will allow you to name your project and any footer URL that you want to include in your design.
II - Design Editor
The Design Editor is the tool you'll be using to make needed changes to the templates, elements and make minor edits.
If after importing images into your content you find them not correctly placed, you can use this tool to make the corrections. You can also edit the color scheme, make different changes to the fonts, and apply changes for global or to specific elements.
III - Publishing
After you are done with all the editing on your project, you will need to export your work into the final project.
But first, your design has to be published even before you will be able to export it. To publish the design, all you have to do is Click on the "Publish" button and the publishing options will popup.
These options include Mobi (Kindle), PDF, Epub, and HTML, from which you will be making your choice. The final products might take a few minutes before Designrr generates it for you, though this depends on the size of the product.
