Hi everyone and welcome to another edition of Shawn's Tutorials!

Today I want to show you how to create a website Email address for your website using the service provided by WA and also show you an alternative way to forward your email address to your Email provider of your choice.

This tutorial will only work with domains you own and host here at WA.

It will not work with the free SiteRubix sites.

I do not like most email services offered with websites but I do love the feature here at WA to create an email address for your website and then having that address send all your mail to a forwarded destination.

Mine are all forwarded to my main Gmail account and I manage all my websites from that location.

So lets get started!

The first thing I will show you is how to create your own email account for your website with the service WA supplies.

If all you want to do is forward your email address to another email address just skip building your own email account and go to page 3 :)

Lets do it!

You will need to go to the SiteRubix tab on the Wealthy Affiliate website, see circle below, and click on the site manager. See arrow below.

Thanks Shawn, that forward part I didnot quite get from the training, Kyle says there you can't add the same email as the one from your site, you have to delete it first for some reason, can you check up what I am missing in this? it is shown at 3.50 on the video Building Your Own Traffic Producing Website (Level 2)

Aha, now I get it, you make the forward, and when done, you delete the existing address so when I want to forward my mailto:loes@thisiskidsart.com to my hotmail account, I make the forward first with this address and then I delete the webaccount, right? Why does Kyle talk about author@ for the forward?
