In my tutorial "Creating A HTML Grid" I explained how to build a grid, or gallery, using HTML. In this tutorial, using the same Div Class element, I will attempt to explain how you can add text to the images, or just use it as columns of text.

This may be of use to affiliates who are using the company's images and descriptions, and who need to adapt the data to suit the layout of their website.

To those of you who have no, or little, understanding of HTML, it may appear complicated at first glance, but I'll take it step-by-step and try to make it as easy as possible, and I'm sure, as you progress, you will have a better understanding of HTML, and become more and more proficient.

May I suggest that you use a siterubix test site with the same theme and layout that you use for your published site, as this will let you establish exactly how wide your columns can be and also allow adjustments or corrections to be made without any disastrous results.

Ready, then let's get started

Hi Harry,
I just looked at this training and it looks way over my head as you predicted, but that may be because I have not looked at the "creating a HTML grid" training yet. So I'll look at that and then come back to this. Thanks!

Hi RaeAnne, the first step in "Creating Columns Using HTML" is very much the same as "Creating A HTML Grid" , but with further training on adding text in the columns. But if you think that may help you, certainly do it.
If you need any further help, please don't hesitate to contact me.
