The site has not contact page

I have seen many sites that do not have a clear contact page. This is a very big mistake, which will surely harm its owners.

The vast majority of sites were created to interact with the visitor. They provide well detailed information of the product or service they wish to sell.

We must always think that the visitor may have interesting business concerns or opportunities. Make sure it is easy and clear to establish contact with you.

It is possible that this error is the most obvious, anyway I feel the need to mention it.

Just one form

If your contact page contains only one form, it will surely not work for all visitors. There will always be people who do not understand how to complete the form.

Provide an alternative option such as an email address or phone number.

I describe some reasons why people do not like or understand well how to complete the form:

-Many data are requested.
-People are lost or do not complete all the required data.
-Keep the forms short and clear.
-When the form is sent there is no response confirming the submission, frequent error.
-The form can be broken by a lack of plugin update, just to name a reason.
