I have done transcribing before and looking at words is second nature to me. Even so, at times, I make mistakes on words too. It is not because I don't know the difference, but because I get in a hurry and I am on autopilot.

Some words sound so similar, it's easy to confuse or misuse them when writing. Spell check will not tell you to correct these because they are spelled correctly. And sometimes even grammar check will not pick up on them. I am attempting to make this a quick reference that you can refer to in times of need.
