Step by step on how to connect your WA email to your Gmail account.
1. Click Websites tab --> Site Manager --> Site Email (top bar)
2. [Video starts here] create a "new email forward"
3. Insert your email name and what Gmail address you want to forward it to
4. Open Gmail --> Settings icon --> See all settings --> Accounts and Import
5. "Send mail as"--> "add another email address"
6. Insert Name and email address --> next step
7. Insert host name, port username, & password from your WA "SMTP settings"
8. Verify account (email should have been sent to your Gmail account)
9. Test your email works--> DONE!!
Hope that helps, I've done this numerous times now and each time I forget how to do it. So I created this training for my future self more than anything else ;)
I saw another video by a Jerry Huang entitled "How to Add New Email Account to Gmail - Configuring POP3 and SMTP at Gmail" in which Jerry states you can not add a forwarded email to gmail under the Accounts and Imports tab. Jerry also mentioned that the POP3 must be enabled for ALL emails which I did but still got the error message below in the screenshot.
Maybe I have to delete my forwarded email like Jerry does in his training video or what else might I be missing to accomplish being able to send emails from my gmail account but have the emails show up to the recipient as from my WA owned domain name email? What else might I be missing?

I noticed that you switched between different Gmails when trying to send an email from your personal account, to the newly-linked email account while testing. Does it mean that we have to create a separate Gmail account for it?
