- CASE STUDY: Building Out Your Website Framework
You build your website. You decide on your brand. Now what? The early stages of your website will often dictate what it will become. If you set out with a proper framework, including the key content and navigational components, it is going to lead to much more efficiency in terms of development and through the build out.
This live class is going to help you decide on your initial framework, which pages/posts you should have, how to prepare for future content through proper navigation set-up, and how to structure your overall design and css of your website.
Tonight's webinar is another classic, yet above the norm.
Jay's hands-on doing while verbally explaining exactly what he is doing while also giving additional advice & wisdom is top notch within this webinar.
My recommendation? -to follow the WA training modules & do as Kyle instructs. Then after you have set up your website, to come here & to study what Jay teaches within this webinar.
Why not watch this webinar first? -your having hands-on will give you far greater understanding and ideas about your present and future website constructions. It'll just be faster and cleaner to do it this way. It's also the WAy.
This webinar (along with last weeks webinar) truly brings setting up the foundation of a web business along with the Google & Bing tools into a today's reality / to be implemented right now -today. And very smoothly done by Magi (((Hard Stop))) Jay.
This webinar is a must to be transcribed and made into a check-list for its' foundational & smoothly setting up of a website.
Better late than never. I got some great ideas to check out if I had done my web setup correctly. Until I saw this webinar I didn't realize how easy it is to set up a separate Home Page and a Blog Roll. If I did this by myself I would have created a static Home Page, since I already knew how, and then proceeded to set up a menu entitled Blog Roll and manually added my posts to that using the menu system. I love the method you used by creating a dedicated Bog Page that automatically became the Blog Roll.
My first website was the WordPress 2016 Theme and my second was one by Screenr. Both are OK but I love the Generate Press and all its features.
Thanks once again Jay for an amazing webinar session.
Very helpful case study! ... and definitely a 'must-do!'
The step-by-step process shown by you in building a new website framework is immensely illuminating!
Looking forward to the re-play to confirm my own learning and excellent timing as I've just started the New Year with a new domain and a new niche to work on ....
Thanks so much for all you do for us members here! .... YOU are much appreciated! .... cheerio ...:)
I have learned something new yet again about setting up my framework for my website. Although i already have my website set up but now I can make it even better.
I will be returning to this many times, I need to recheck my current sites. I might have missed some of the things you did.
Did you go to Irvine California yet?
