2. Practice Social Listening

Remember when using social media it is NOT just about promoting products....its about social listening...what do your "customers" want? They want information firstly, informative educational information and they want you to listen to them....if they have questions answer them, give advice, guidance, reply to comments. As in any business your customer will stick around and trust you if they feel listened to!

Reddit users are a tough crowd...don't practice social listening at your own risk...you'll end up ignored or downvoted.

Browse your threads, respond and reply, offer great information and ensure you hear what your readers/customers say and ask about.
