Social Settings for the All In One SEO Pack

If you click on the social Meta tab you will be taken to your social settings within the All In One SEO Pack

This section allows you to set up your social settings, it means in simple terms that when you share your links of your content on social media, this is what the description and title will appear as.

If you have set your home page up in the general settings then all you need to do is check the box marked = (Use AIOSEO Title and Description).

You can also add all your social profiles here as well.

If not, you can set up your social settings within every page and post at the bottom of your posts within the dashboard area.

When you scroll down you can click on the social settings tab and set up your social settings for any page or post.

To select and image for the post click upload image, you can use an image for your computer or one that is already in your media library

How to use an image from your media library

To add an image click on upload image then you can click on MEDIA Library, where you will see all your images, once you click on the image you will be taken to description box for the image. If you click the box FILE URL it will generate the image URL

Paste this URL into the box under the custom image section and when you share your link for the page or post, the image you have chosen will appear in social media like Facebook and Google plus

Below is one of my links that I shared to my Facebook fan page the image automatically appears with the link rather than a blank picture

I am aware that some people use the Yoast plugin, but in truth they both do the same thing. Remember its your content that really matters, which plugin you use is really a personal choice.

I really like this plugin and all the trialing on WA is based on the, All In One SEO so I like to keep it simple and just follow WA and do what the training tells me to do
