Hey!Thanks Jay, I like the event for many different reasons...mainly because, understanding your customer's is the key to learning about your market place. When using the Q&A mind set, for any kind of niche, it can be a good way to fact finding and/or helping you research what most people are thinking about,
when it comes to buying.

I've been to Tokyo a number of times. The first time was in 1990. The first toilet I saw had an open hole in the floor. Everybody brings their own towels and toilet paper. There is a sink available and a hose contraption to rinse off. You can be sure product improvement has come along way!
