A lot of confusion has been going on especially for new members about what is a comment and what is feedback.
What is a comment?
A comment refers to a particular blog post or article. You should be concise in regards to the actual topic.
Suggestions on what you could write: why you found the post interesting; what you may have learned, maybe add something personal e.g. your experience with the product/recipe, etc.; challenges you may have had with the product.
You can ask the author a question. That way he can respond and shows his reader that he takes his audience seriously. As mentioned before, it is an excellent way to add content to one's blog.
Please keep in mind, what kind of comments you would like to get on your website. Think about it and write your comments accordingly.
What is a feedback?
A feedback feature is a different tool here on WA. It is about giving feedback about the website in general. So the person who gives feedback would talk about the layout, menu, widgets, post length, images, etc. The aim is to provide constructive criticism, so the founder of the website can make improvements to make his site more appealing to his audience.
Step 3 is where I have major issues ... not yet answered :-( Help? trying to leave a comment on sitecomment - form refuse Trish
