5. Focus on the Right Niches, Don’t Pick just "any" Niche
It might be worth considering if a niche is related to your interests or hobbies (e.g., a blog about the latest tech gadgets).
Affiliate marketing is a broad field that covers thousands of niches. No matter your interests or hobbies, there will be a product or service you can promote.
It's a recipe for disaster to try and get into high-paying niches that you don't have any knowledge about or which doesn't appeal to your primary audience. It isn't easy to convince people to try the product or service you promote if they don't have enough information. You may experience low conversion rates or bounce rates if you choose the wrong product.
However, you should be aware that the niches of gadgets, banking, health, and SaaS are highly competitive. This means that you might not want to promote your products in these areas.
How can you avoid it? Don't rush to find an affiliate niche. Think about what content you could create. You can even try the products before you decide which ones to promote. This will allow you to see how the product works and whether or not it is worthy of your time.
These are helpful points.
Concerning SEO, we tend to be one of these two: too focused on SEO or not paying much attention to it at all. But a good marketer learns the right balance.
