Step 2: Target keyword's position
After choosing a good target keyword, the places I suggest are:
1. Post Title
2. Meta title
3. Meta description
4.1st paragraph if you can
5. last paragraph if you can
That are the 5 places I use in my experiments :)
The 4,5th place are optional. Jay main focus on top 3.

For some people, they would like to put the summary or the table of content on the first page :)
