It all works fine for me it could be the browser he is on doing it but it loads perfectly

Tracy, I am not sure what you are using to check out the site. On my computer, when I resize the screen, the page is responsive. I am using FireFox. Will check with others and if find anything not responsive, will let you know.

The issue was that on the front page, you had some lines running across the page above the sub headings.

Those lines were breaking the responsiveness of the site.

I clicked on all the menu buttons and sub-buttons and didn't find a problem, but I'm not sure what I was supposed to be looking for, Tracy. It was 'responsive' to me. The Welcome page worked fine. Hmmmm.....maybe I'm missing something here. Would love to give a critique but couldn't find anything wrong. Sorry, I tried! ;)

No, the theme is not fully responsive. But take a look at your theme settings, perhaps there is something to change to responsive, have this on one of my themes.
