Need help figuring out theme responsiveness- resolved thanks to magistudios!

Hi Everyone,
Okay here's the deal... I am using the Preference Lite theme. The documentation on it says that it is fully responsive. The client loves it and already approved everything except for the fact that the front page isn't responsive. I uninstalled all plug-ins thinking that maybe one of those weren't responsive but it didn't work. I took off all of the widgets, that didn't work. I can't rebuild the site again (he already loves this one) for the client but I promised him a responsive site. What do I do?
Can someone look at it and let me know?
