It has been quite a while since I have even touched base it has been tough time I am still working and have been quite exhausted at times.

No doubt many people have been in the same position as me so i commend everyone for staying strong in this terrible time.
We all have to stick together and be aware that there will be losses in families and friends but being aware and supporting families is very important.
The best thing we can all do is stay strong find some sort of hobby to do, i started to do my clients gardening and actually enjoying it then i am setting myself with clearing all the books away loads of them.
I think most people have started to do things that they would be doing slowly through the year but its like everyone is actually doing spring cleaning.
So many peoples lives have changed to a more complex society which in time everyone will have to adapt to a somewhat new life style.
Heres to a healthier new life for everyone.
