I have no prior experience or knowledge for computer science, online marketing, web design and writings, so it is very challenging for me to learn in WA. But I am trying to find a way to learn somehow.

I have been trying to learn SEO including local ones. So I made a plan to learn it from six of Jay's webinars and I started from watching "SEO 101 The Basic". I sent PM for my seven questions to him yesterday. This is not written instructions so I was unable to understand what he said exactly, is or isn't and 15 or 50. Also, he was using Yoast instead of AIO SEO, so the interface was different. These things caused me to ask extra questions. He replied me and answered my questions promptly. But I did not understand all of his answers and wanted to confirm my understandings, so I send my second PM to him.

Then, I got a reply from him.

"I feel that all these questions have been covered and will now consider
the thread closed. I need to limit the time allotted for questions
otherwise I will not be able to help other or grow my own business
."

I was respected him as a super expert until I receive this reply, but now I am disappointed with him. I wanted to tell him that why don't you resign from an ambassador's position? But I replied him instead.

"Sorry to ask so many questions but many of WA members are far from an
expert like you plus English is their second language including myself.
I wasn't sure what you said in the video, 15 or 50 and is or isn't.
Now I feel that I am getting to learn why some people complain about
community. Anyway, thank you for answering my questions twice."

Am I asking too many questions? Should I stop asking subsequent question(s) after I receive a reply even though I still don't understand? About three months ago, I inquired that if I could get help by phone in order to avoid subcequent contact but WA did not use phone assistance.

Thank you,

Tomoko

Tomoko,

My first interaction with you was 3 months ago whereas you left me a 1/10 star rating for missing your question during a live training event here in WA.

That same night, I went to your WA profile and said the following:

"With hundreds of questions rolling in at once, me not constantly looking at chat and running the actual webinar behind the scenes, there is a risk that questions do not go answered.
What was your question?"

YOU REPLIED:
"Jay, thank you for contacting me. I thought my question was ignored because it was too dummy. I am sorry for misunderstanding you.
My questions were:
1. What is internal and external link?
2. Like "Love my Pooches.com" or " My vegan sausages.com" are not a website to recruit people into WA, but I heard that they put their affiliate link in their website? Why?"
SCREENSHOT: https://take.ms/33jjv

I ANSWERED:
"1. An Internal link is when you link from a post on your site to another post on your site.
An external link is when you link from a post on your site to a post or page away from your site.
2. I don't know why they have their affiliate link on their websites. It's best to ask them."

YOU REPLIED:
"Thank you for answering my questions. My understanding is: when I publish another post in my website, that is an internal link. An affiliate link is an external link."

I ANSWERED:
“Correct”

Re: Your PM

Here is what you said:

Hello Jay, could you please answer the following questions regarding your webinar on April 17 one by one?

My screen is different because I don't have Yoast.
You told us we don't need to have Yoast to perform 5 SEO tactics.

Q 1. Should I put Meta Title in title box? 15 to 60 or 50 to 60 character? (Copy 2)
Q 2. Should I put Meta Description in Description Box? 150 to 160 character. (Copy 2)
Q 3. Meta Title( - only right side) and Description are not invisible in the blog post?
Q 4. Do we need to do keyword search with Jaaxy both Meta title( - right side) and Description?
Q 5. Did you say that Yoast isn't better than AIO SEO and AIO SEO is better than Yoast in this webinar?
Q 6. How do you make appear Rich Snippet in google search result? (Please see copy 3).
Q 7. From copy 4 , "Which ranks for over 1000 different keywords", does it mean all words(more than 1000) in your post has been ranked by google?
*********

I ANSWERED:
*********
1. yes 50 to 60
2. yes 150 to 160
3. they are in the code
4. no
5. correct - one isn't better than the other
6. there is no guarantee it will show up. Its up to Google
7. no, it means my content has helped google come up with several different keywords that rank in google
*********

YOU REPLIED:
*********
Thank you for your prompt reply.
I would like to make sure if the following my understanding is correct.
Q 3. Both Meta Title and Description are in the code so they are not visible in the post.
Q 5. Yoast and AIO SEO are equally good, so it doesn't matter which one we use.

I have question regarding 4 and 6.
Q 4. If no need to do keyword search, how do you come up with the content for Meta Title(-right side) and Description ?

Q 6. Meta Title(-right side) and Description are also not guaranteed to show up in Google just like Rich Snippet?

Thank you again.
*********

I ANSWERED:
*********
3. yes
5. yes
4. I keyword research for the article title and not the meta details. The meta details are an addition to the article title
6. yes

I feel that all these questions have been covered and will now consider the thread closed. I need to limit the time allotted for questions otherwise I will not be able to help other or grow my own business.

Thank you.

SEE, THE PART YOU LEFT OUT IN YOUR POST, WAS THE FACT I DID ANSWER YOUR QUESTION AGAIN. YOU BASICALLY ASKED THE SAME QUESTION - BUT I STILL TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER.

WHAT EXACTLY ARE YOU WANTING ME TO ADDITIONALLY DO?

My closing statement was simply to conclude the thread of questions because they were answered.. twice.

I did not understand some of your answers completely. Q3. Meta Title( - only right side) and Description are not invisible in the blog post? Your answer: 3. they are in the code.
If you answered that they are in the code (invisible), then, I could completely understood. I just wanted to make sure that code=invisible. Q4. I wanted to know if no keyword search are needed, what should I write? Q6. I did not mention Meta title and Description. But to you, the same question.

By the way, you are not my network, how did you come here?

Jay, I have tried to accomplish Meta Title and Description according to your direction for the last few days. I asked the community so many times but never resolved.
My question was: Q 1. Should I put Meta Title in title box? 15 to 60 or 50 to 60 character? (Copy 2)
You answered : 1. yes 50 to 60.
Then, I filled Meta Title in the box as you told me, but see, what happened after I put Meta Title? I have given an incorrect answer., so please give me a correct one. Where I put Meta title?
Thank you.

Jay is a fantastic guy there are so many people on here I imagine if everyone asked him seven questions he wouldn’t have time to breathe I hope you got some answers that you needed and carried on don’t give up don’t get mad keep smiling

You’re Buddy Holly

Hi,
Just a thought as we all know Jay our Live trainer is super busy. We are all here to help you and we can do that for you.

You could either use Live chat or you can post your questions too direct from your help centre. Tab on your left at the bottom it's purple with a question mark on it.

I have included a screenshot below.

Please believe me there are many here more than qualified to answer your questions.

(The screenshot is what pops up when I click Help Center so yours will be slightly different, )

By the way, you can ask as many questions as you like.

See the Guy Alex Evans below in this thread. Alex is super brilliant and knows his stuff too. :) You have Diane too below in the thread.

Awesome to meet you here.
Debs :)

You are also not my network. I wonder my blog post is visible to everyone? I thought that it would be the best to ask Jay because these are his videos, but I just found that Jay is not a helper, but a creator. I thought that all the ambassadors are helpers. I will ask my questions to the community only.

I don't have to be in your network to see your posts. The only thing I don't get been in your network is email notifications. Yes, I can see all posts here even if I do not follow them. Hope that helps.
Debs :)

Sometimes I scroll through tons of posts and if they have a few likes or not many comments. Then I comment on those too. It helps bring them up in WA Algorithms. I don't have to follow or be followed to see posts.

Thank you for informing me.

So I can see the out of network's posts? I just tried to see the posts but I wasn't able to find it. Could you tell me where to find it?
Thank you.

Hi, I just tried to ask my question from here as you have advised me, however, I am unable to attach anything here, so it is hard to ask question from here.

I think you're doing fine, Tomoko. You've got to remember how many questions Jay and others like him get. He is the head of all the video training in WA, so not only does he have his own businesses to run, but he also has to prepare each week's webinar training and myriad other things too numerous to mention. Don't take it personally. You're moving along well, but also remember that there is a gray search bar at the top where you can also enter your questions, and if you still don't find the answer you are looking for then you can also scroll all the way to the bottom of that menu and ask the question again. When you do that, you will be directed to the appropriate classroom where you might find the answer!

Enjoy your week and keep moving forward, even if it is slowly!

Jeff

Thank you for your response. I just found that Jay is a not helper, so he was a wrong person to ask questions. So I will ask it to this wonderful community.

Hi Tomoko, it can be hard when we first come to WA, especially when we don't have an understanding of online marketing.

One of the key things to remember is that we are all here to learn. Even folks that may appear to have extensive knowledge are still learning.

Online marketing is forever changing.

I would make a suggestion, go to the core training and work your way through it. It is designed to be step by step, so we build on the previous lesson.

Think of the webinars and member created training as extracurricular training, Jay delves deeper into subjects by reveling specialist information.

If we do not have an understanding of the basics as per the core training, it can be hard to follow along, at times.

Focus on the core training and then top up your knowledge with the webinars.

Best wishes.

Alex

Thank you for your response. Core training means Kyle's training, right? I prioritize his training but Kyle does not have SEO training above level 1, that's why I needed to watch this video to write posts.
