SELF-RESPECT
"Good Morning Mr Sparrow" said Mrs. Robin "How are you today?"
"Fine it's an amazing day....sun's out!"... replied Mr. Sparrow. "I see that you are, as well, standing so tall with your head held high and your beautiful Red Breast all fluffed out."
"Oh , I never see that myself like that..." returned Mrs, Robin in surprise. "I never think I am worthy enough. I see that the Blackbirds so shiny and bright....the Morning Doves so loving and those so fast and slick flying Swallows." twitching her head see that turns back to Mr. Sparrow...." I think wow!!! ...how great wonderful that would be..."
"OH Mrs. Robin; when I was young sparrow a wise Old Owl told me how awesome I was...even though I was so small. His words forever changed my life."
"Mr. Sparrow.... How did it do that? " asked Mrs. Robin.

"WELL, I decided from that day on that I would only see that myself as awesome and great as the Owl saw me no matter how small !!" beamed Mr' Sparrow. "He told me one day I would believe him and that is how we know we have self-respect."
"Wow Mr. Sparrow, I had never thought of myself as you just saw me..." she said. "That is a real eye-opener for me. WOW!"
"You have a great day Mrs. Robin continue to hold your head up high it sets you a part from all those other birds. Be proud of that." said Mr. Sparrow as flipping his wing getting on his way.
Mrs. Robin sat on her branch pondering as she watched Mr. Sparrow flying by. She knew her life had just changed, From this day forth see that too would have self-respect knowing she was more that she ever thought she could be.

The beautiful thing is that I wrote that for my oldest Grand daughter and have told it to so many more.
As I was thinking about what it takes to win here at Wealthy Affiliate this story came to my mind. I was going to re-write it to fit here and that I thought "no" It already does.
