I Leveled Up As A Creator & You Can To

Hello Everyone
I've been very busy with my MMO website lately, and I have been working hard on content. I have made a lot of progress lately and some of it even surprised me.
A couple of weeks ago I had a breakthrough day, and I achieved something I never expected to happen. I took the time to do some reflection as well and then I final realized how much I've improved over the years and my accomplishments that day meant I have levelled up as a creator.
Today, I wanted to take some time to share my progress with you and explain how you can level up as a creator to.
Let's dive in
What Happened A Couple Of Weeks Ago
Two weeks ago I was working on a detailed post about the history of Wealthy Affiliate for my new MMO website.
I planned to get the introduction, outline, and the first 2 to 3 sections done that day. But I got the whole lot done in one day.
It took 8 hours, but I got the whole post written.
I then spent an additional 3 to 4 hours adding things to it in WordPress like images, table of contents, FAQ, internal links, external links etc.
So, in total it took me around 12 hours from start to finish and it turned out to be the best blog post I have ever written.
This even surprised me because the last time I wrote a post that long was 2023 and it took me days to complete.
Since then, I have gone onto write a complete guide to Wealthy Affiliate. This one is over 8000 words long and it took me 4 days to write and an additional 5 to 6 hours on the fifth day to add my usual extras that I mentioned above.
Why the difference? Wel it's because I had a lot more details to cover, a lot of images to gather, and a lot of editing to do. I wanted to make sure my WA guide was accurate and complete.
At times it got a bit tedious, but it was well worth it in the end. It took a lot longer than my WA history post but it's going to be a strong resource going forward.
Why Was This A Breakthrough Day?
The day I wrote and published my WA history post was a breakthrough day for me. It may not seem like much, but it was a big achievement.
I exceeded my own expectations and created a high-quality blog post faster than I ever have before.
The best part? I did it all on my own in my own voice. I used AI only to catch typos, find grammar errors, and show me where sentences needed tightening.
I also used AI to write my FAQ, but I checked it for accuracy and made tweaks before publishing. But other than that, my post is all me.
This day changed everything and was a breakthrough day because it showed me, I can create high-quality content, keep it real, and follow through with my plans.
I've come a long way over the years and my skills have improved a lot. My writing shows that as well and I'm become a better writer, stronger creator, and a more experienced marketer without even trying or realizing I'm doing it until AI and later Kyle pointed it out to me.
What This Experience Taught Me
My breakthrough day taught me a few valuable lessons, but the most important one was I can create high-quality content that is genuinely helpful.
I also learned,
- I can be consistent
- I can show up even if I don't feel like it
- I've improved as a writer, creator, and a marketer
I've truly levelled up as a creator this month and have published my best work yet. I levelled up as a creator without even trying. Remaining myself and letting this happen naturally as I go is the best thing to do in my opinion.
As a creator who has levelled up, I now understand:

- How to create high-quality content
- How to structure content correctly
- How to be a positive guide
- How to answer questions and solve problems through my content
- How to place affiliate links correctly and naturally with in my content
- How to get referrals the right way without appearing pushy or salesy
I've learned a lot over the years, and that's just a few of things I now understand as a levelled-up creator.
I made a lot of mistakes in the past, but this time I'm dedicated to creating the best content I have ever created. So far, it's working better than expected and I have improved all of my past mistakes.
Content Clusters & My Foundation
I've been building content clusters as well. So far, I have clusters for the following areas on my new MMO website:
- Getting Started
- Reviews
- Wealthy Affiliate
- Affiliate Marketing
- Online Business
Kre8or will be the next cluster of content I'm adding in the next few days, and I'll build further clusters over time as I add to my existing ones.
I've got a solid foundation built and I'm looking forward to not only seeing how it performs but also continuing to build on it over the coming weeks and months.
So, I've had not just a breakthrough day but a breakthrough month in more ways than one. I've spent the entire month of June creating and publishing the best content I've ever created in my years online.
I have my Kre8or review already written in WA SiteContent ready to be published and finalized on launch day. This will be followed by a complete guide to Kre8or and a Kre8or related listicle, both of which I have planned for next month.
I have retained consistency and built momentum. I've enjoyed every second of it. All of this work is why I haven't blogged on WA for around 4 weeks. But now I'm having a 3-to-4-day break from my website for rest, so I wanted to use some of this time to get a post or two out on WA.
I have a solid plan for next month and the future moving forward. I've levelled up as a creator, and the best part is you can do it to.
How You Can Level Up As A Creator
By now you're probably wondering how do you actually level up as a creator? or how do you become a skilled creator?
The answer is simple, but it will take a lot of work especially if you're starting as beginner. You're going to need to learn how to build a website and create content before you can even think about levelling up.
Once you've mastered the basics, you level up by improving your skills. To do so, the best way to start by looking at your content and seeing what you can improve.
As you make your content better, add things to it and keep going you'll improve your skills and level up as a creator
In case you're still confused here's a simple list anyone looking to level up can follow:
- Learn how to build and structure your website correctly
- Create helpful content
- Answer questions and solve problems in your content
- Be a positive guide and aim to help, not sell
- Stop using AI to write your content
- Write in your own voice
- Use Ai only as an assistant
- Keep updating and improving your content
That's what you should be doing. It's not easy to start with but as you learn it will become second nature to you.
The Most Important Thing You Should Be Doing
The most important thing I want to stress here is, stop using AI to write for you. Put in the work and write everything yourself. Why? because it's real, sounds human, and connects with people a lot better.
I'm not saying don't use AI at all. I use AI every day that I work on my business but never to write for me. Instead of getting it to write for you, use Ai to do things like:
- Catch typos
- Findi grammar errors
- Show you sentences that need to be tightened
- Generate good click worthy titles
- Generate high-quality meta descriptions
- Decide on internal and external link placements
- Write FAQs for you to edit
- Ask questions if you get stuck
That's how I use AI and I strongly believe everyone else should do the same. As I always say, use AI as an assistant not to do everything for you.
AI slop is everywhere and so many people are posting it. But if you put in the work and write your own content you will do much better and get ahead of most of the competition. Those who remain grounded and keep their content human written will be the ones that win.
I will be writing a separate blog post on this topic at some point in the coming weeks on WA, so keep an eye out for that one if you're interested.
If you want to know how real human written content really performs, don't worry I've got you covered with that to. I'll be sharing some early SEO wins I've had since levelling up as a creator so you can see what writing your own high-quality content actually leads to.
I'll be sharing that one in the coming days so stay tuned for that if you want to see what success with real human written content looks like.
Also, if you're interested in anything I've mentioned regarding the posts on my MMO website, go to my WA profile and click the link for my MMO website in the links section if you want to check any of my posts out.
Be Real & Remain Consistent
All in all, if you get anything out of this blog post I want you to remember, you can succeed online but you have to put in the work.
Rome wasn't built in day, and neither is a business.
So, build your business with the right expectations. Don't expect any income for the first few months and just keep building, publishing, and expanding.
Building a business is about so much more than money. It's about the people you help and the relationships you form. At the end of the day nothing beats the feeling of knowing you have helped someone solve a problem.
So, it's best to focus on that at all times instead of chasing fast money or worrying about how much income you're going to generate.
Finally, know that you need to be consistent to be successful. Showing up every once in a while isn't going to get you anywhere. Focus on working regularly and building momentum over time. Small actions add up so don't ever overlook anything no matter how small it is.
But most importantly, be real, write your own content, and solve problems. That's what will lead you to success as long as you keep at it.
Conclusion
In conclusion, I had a breakthrough day and month that showed me I can create high-quality content and follow through with my plans.
During this time, I levelled up as creator without even trying or realizing until AI and later Kyle pointed it out to me. I now fully understand how to build a website correctly, how it needs to be structured, the importance of content clusters, and why real human written content is always best.
I've had a long but incredibly productive month. I've built a solid foundation over the last few weeks and I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes as I build upon it over the coming weeks and months.
Anyone can level up as a creator. You just have to take the time learn, write your own content, keep building and keep improving your content and business.
Thank you for reading. Now I'd like to hear from you. Have you achieved something new recently or levelled up as a creator? I want to hear all about it. Let me know in the comments. I hope you have a great day and I look forward to hearing from you.
