If you had told me a few months ago that lower Pinterest engagement could actually mean better results, I probably would’ve raised an eyebrow and refreshed my analytics again just to be sure. However lately, I’ve noticed something interesting happening on my Pinterest account. My impressions, saves and likes have dipped. Not dramatically, not disastrously, just enough to make me pause and think, “Hmm, what’s going on here?” And then I saw it. My outbound clicks are up… by 215%. If your impressions are down, your saves aren’t what they used to be. or things feel a bit quieter than before take a closer look. There might be something powerful happening underneath the surface.
