Top 200
An Unexpected Milestone on My Blogging Journey
Last night, while deep in the trenches of editing posts, pinning ideas and research, I received a surprising pop-up announcing that I’ve made it into the Top 200. To say I was caught off guard is an understatement - I wasn’t even aware this milestone was on my radar. But here we are, and all I can think is I must be doing something right.
The Journey So Far
Let me tell you, blogging isn’t just about writing posts and hitting "publish." It’s about learning, experimenting, tweaking, and - let’s be honest - spending a bit more time than I'd like to admit perfecting every detail (ha-ha). From late-night editing sessions to countless hours of pinning and researching, the effort has been real.
What’s funny is that when I'm in the thick of it, the idea of hitting a milestone like this doesn’t even cross my mind. I'm focused on making my content better, connecting with my audience and staying consistent. But moments like this remind me that every ounce of effort matters.
What This Milestone Means
For me, this isn’t just about a number. It’s a signal that the work I’m putting in is resonating somewhere, with someone. It’s proof that showing up, even when it’s tough, pays off in ways you don’t always anticipate.
And while it’s tempting to stop and overanalyze everything I’ve been doing so far, I think I’ll just enjoy this moment and take it as a sign to keep moving forward. Sometimes, progress doesn’t feel obvious until it suddenly is.
A Note to Fellow Bloggers
If you’re on a similar journey - editing, pinning, researching and maybe even doubting your progress - let this be a reminder that your hard work is building toward something. You may not see it yet, but every step you take is leading you closer to your goals. Celebrate the small wins, keep learning, and trust the process.
For now, I’ll keep my nose to the grindstone, whilst I raise a virtual toast to this surprise achievement. Here’s to the journey, the milestones and everything in between. Let’s see where this road leads next.

Thank you Maxine, I'm not sure exactly what it is I've been doing on the platform to gain the achievement, just doing what is needed to learn the ropes :)
