Three months and 13 days later with Wealthy Affiliate training and I made my first sale! The links do actually work!
I have signed up with almost every affiliate junction to spread out my niche options and tonight I saw $30! I am in awe and so excited that it makes me want to write more.
I have only been able to write maybe twice a week because life takes up so much of your time but if you find those items that are very niche related it will happen! Also making sure you spread the links out and not sounding like a salesperson is definitely key.

Receiving an email from Amazon this week saying "You have been an affiliate with us for 90 days and have made no sales. You have 90 more days left to make a sale or we terminate your affiliate agreement." This message really made me upset because 90 days have gone very fast and the next 90 days will go fast again.
This sale has given me hope that links do work and to just keep writing about what you are passionate about. It could be awhile before I see another sale like this again but I have more faith then I did yesterday.
Keep writing and keep your head up because it will happen! Thanks to all the training from Wealthy Affiliate and making me pay more attention to other affiliate blogs so I know what works best for my niche.
