Quick Pasta recipe
No time to cook? Here's a dish that's delicious and easy and fast

1 can of diced tomatoes drained (reserve juice)
2 cloves garlic cut in strips
Olive or Coconut oil
Pinch sugar, oregano, tsp basil, salt and pepper
Pasta for two
**************************
soften garlic in oil,
add drained tomatoes,
add sugar and spices
add juice with a bit of water
cook spaghetti on top.
Ready in 10 - 15 mins.

Thanks, that sounds really yummy, minus the sugar for me though. I like the tinge of what my tongue gets when omitting the sugar from a tomato recipe!
