Creating a private policy for my website

Good afternoon WAers,
You will be happy to hear that with all of your support that I have been working off and on, in my spare time on my two websites and I think they are starting to improve because my sight heath is getting better and better every time.
They are both indexed and ranked on bing and google, and I am receiving great comments and feedback, and pretty well organised, but now I am having trouble putting the right words in my private policy page.
I have already viewed through Kyles training video on the subject and even looked through some examples on pasting and copying free private policies on your website and they are just too long, and I do not think I need something that long on my site. I do however like what Kyle said about how that is the only page that does not need to be ranked and indexed. I have to look at the video again to see how to do that.
My question is, can anyone suggest a good private policy to add to my two niche websites? I want something short and sweet and still gets the point across.
