Oops! Your comment is not unique .?!

A few times each week, I participate in the comments exchange program WA offers in the SiteRubix feature. I comment on 4 to 6 sites' posts or pages, rack up 2 or 3 points, and cash them in to receive comments on my own sites.
Usually everything goes smoothly. I always write thorough, thoughful, and unique comments. However, sometimes WA evaluates the comment and tells me it is not "unique", I have written the same content before, and won't publish or credit it for me.
BALDERDASH AND HORSEPUCKY!

That is total BS, because I know what I have written in the past, and no way have I plagiarized myself!
It nettles me to no end, but I will rewrite and augment, until the comment is deemed by WA as original, unique, and "thorough" enough to be accepted and published.
Fine.
But today I am trying to do my thing in the comments program, and I keep getting this response:
"Oops! Your comment is not unique
We had trouble verifying the uniqueness of this content, please try again in a few seconds"
This is a new one on me. Might be a technical glitch on WA's end? Has anybody else run into this kind of response?
