Trouble in the Natural Health Niche!

I am new to this affiliate marketing arena, and my niche is Natural Health, Healthy Brain & Organic Living. Today I just read a very disturbing article about Google's shinanagins against natural health. Here it is:

For any of you that are veteran's in the Natural Health niche, I would really like to hear from you. What do you think of this? What, if any, actions will you take to keep your site rankings?

This article is very troubling to me, and makes me feel like I'll just be wasting my time banging all these articles out only to have them buried.
