Is WP censoring me?

I was doing some touch ups on my Turmeric Paste recipe, and noticed some things that I wrote was being saved in my backoffice, but not showing up on my live page. I figured I was being censored, so I put *'s in to break up the words and BAM there it is.

The words "unrefined" and "hexane" were the targeted words.
So who is censoring me? Is it WP?
This is NOT cool at all. Not only is Google trying to squash the health niche but now it seems WP is up to the same game. Maybe time to move on? Webs never did this to me!

I don't think WP censors what's on your own website. Maybe try it again and take out the * to see what happens.

I know, I'm saying take it back out again and see what happens. I have never heard of WordPress censoring. That's your site. You're allowed to do with it what you want.

Thank you . I tried one more time and it worked. I did exactly what you said about 3x's last night, but it wasn't budging.

It might be wise to contact site support about this. I have never heard of WordPress censoring anything . You might have a technical glitch. I know that I occasionally have hiccups in wordpress. Jim
