Reached my First Goal

One of the first things that we do as part of the training when we join is set some financial goals. If I recall correctly, the training asks us to identify goal that we would be happy with, and one that we would be ecstatic with.
I still have the sticky note hovering over my wall. It says:
1) $100/month
2) $100/day
I joined in January 2015 and in November 2015 I broke the $100/month mark. I was cautious not to call it yet, as I thought it might have just been an anomalous month. But sure enough, I made just over $100 in December, and just over $150 in January 2016. So I'm calling it now. I've reached my first goal!

I have to admit, I didn't really know what to expect from this when I started. I was determined, but at the same time, I have always been very realistic with myself. I never made any money online in my life before this, so I didn't have a whole lot of reason to believe it would work.
But knowing what I know now, I am confident it's just a matter of time before I reach my goal 2nd goal of $100/day.
And now that I have attained by first goal, I have set a 3rd goal. It is to surpass how much I am currently making at my full time job.
I don't know how many of you are doing this full time vs part time while still holding down a job, but I would be curious to know.
My plan is keep my job until I reach goal #2, then quit and work towards goal #3.
