The HOT Friend is now a domain!
I told you guys in a blog earlier that my site was up and coming and I couldn't be more happier. It would an honor of mine to have my peers check it out and tell me how it's looking. The theme I found from some free site, and I didn't change it at all. I liked it just the way it was, so tell me if you like it as well.
Should I change it, should I keep going the way it is? I am hoping for some positive feedback, but I will appreciate honesty. Tell me it's a load of crap if it is. I need to hear it!
Thank you to every one that's been helping me the last couple of days, thanks for this site period. I am so very thankful for it. I've been neglecting my three year old since I joined here but hopefully it's all for good cause. And don't drill me about child neglect, it isn't at all intense like I'm making it out to be. Great looking site & catch domain name!
One thing I might suggest is removing the word "friend" from your page's subtitle, so that it doesn't wrap. I think that people will understand the connection between your title (and domain) "The HOT Friend" and your subtitle "HIIT Over Traditional..." without the word "friend" in the subtitle.

Hi Erica - congratulations. Very nice site with good content.
Only one thing - I would look at your spacing - eg 5 Reasons to choose HIIT ..... You need to put gaps between the paragraphs or the tense is a bit dense. On your article 'Summer time is here...' I would use some subheadings otherwise it's an awful lot of text. Only 16% of people will read everything in a blog post. Most people skim read. If you don't break it up people might not bother - which would be a pity because you write well. :) Beverley

I do have a suggestion for your website though. Break the content up a little bit more and add some more images. Or even align the images to the right.

Awesome! Thanks for the typo correction. The first to point it out to me, and I am honored that you bookmarked it and found something useful on there. That's my niche but I really truly want to help people with their weight loss goals. You can definitely lose 10lbs, its highly possible. We are stronger than we believe. It's mind over matter! Your site looks great so far! I was also happy to learn I am within the weight range for my height (although I would like to lose 10 lbs.!). I like the site. It is simple, easy to read, but still has a little pop to it. Now just continue to write good quality content and you will be successful.
