In 1943 Abraham Maslow produced a paper called "A Theory of Human Motivation." It is commonly known as Maslow's Heirachy of Needs... it is a motivational theory in psychology that argues that, while people aim to meet basic needs, they seek to meet successively higher needs in the form of a pyramid.
So, does it still apply nowadays? I think that most of you will agree with the additional two tiers that I have added on here, if one is to be more productive on WA!! ;-)
