Determination!

determination: the ability to continue trying to do something, even though it is very difficult!

I know a lot of people that fail to live up to "expectations" even though they have a God-given gift or talent, because they lack determination, the unwillingness to sacrifice in order to achieve!

It is easy to give up on a dream and blame it on the economy, or the government, or the competition, or lack of time....but the one who succeeds also faces the same challenges and maybe more!

It's sad seeing someone give up, sometimes failing to cross the finish-line at the last bend...having started with so much enthusiasm and then running out of steam!

So what I want to leave with you today is this: Replace! Replace excuses with effort, replace procrastination with determination, ask yourself if what you doing today, is getting you closer to where you want to be tomorrow? Today is the Day that You start Afresh, To Eat Right, To Train Hard, To Work Harder, To Live Healthier, To feel Good about Yourself and To Believe that You can do this! Cheers!
