Hello kyle, where do I locate my membership payment information, i need to desperately update my pay
I Need to UPDATE MY PAYMENT METHOD!!!
Sorry I don't know what else to tell you. The little profile picture at the top right should open up a menu on the top left and you should see account when you click on that you should see subscription and then everything should be laid out for you. If that doesn't open maybe you should talk to support.

You may need to contact your credit card company when a transaction is done because WA HQ is located in Canada.

Click on your profile image then move the right slider bar down, See account settings. Then within account see Account settings, subscription and notification.

Hi - I see you are struggling with this. When people are advising you to click on your profile photo, are you clicking on the one you see at the top right-hand corner of the screen?
If so, then you should see a drop-down list and you click on Account Settings. Next, there is a menu on the left-hand side, where you click on Subscription. Then you should see the option to change your credit card or PayPal details.
