Persistence is key!

I am back in the Wealthy Affiliate Community after taking about a year off. Upon seeing that I initially joined 2 years ago, I realized that if I had been persistent with this goal of building my website, I may have already been successful in making money online. However, I chose the more difficult route of massage therapy and gave up on my website for a little while. It is humbling to look back and see that I did not use my energy and time in the most efficient way.

I have been reading a great book called "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind" which is helping me reprogram myself for success. I realized that a lot of my self sabotaging behaviors were coming from a deep rooted sense of low self worth. Upon reflecting on the past 2 years and how I have been spending my time, I recognize how much I have been unconsciously avoiding my success!

I am really ready this time. I put myself through enough self induced suffering to be at a point where I am totally committed to followung through with my business. Not only for my own wealth and happiness, but because I know I have a lot to share with the world based on my own growth and healing. I know there are many people out there that can benefit from the knowledge and wisdom that I have. As soon as I realized and felt my inherent worth, I was back on Wealthy Affiliate.

I really appreciate the community support here, it is totally needed! The key to success is modeling successful people, and I know there are many of those people here in the community!

Something else I gave up on but just recently got back into is climbing! (Hence the photo). It is something that has brought me great joy, but also comes with huge challenges of overcoming my fear and having confidence in my abilities. But this time, I have a newfound sense of belief in myself. I know I can accomplish my goals. It takes persistence, focus, and time. I will be patient with myself as I develop into my best self.

I am committed to my success and to helping people in a way that brings me more time, money, and freedom! (Helping people through massage therapy left me injured, broke, and in debt... and I started seeing this pattern in other massage therapists as well: a low sense of self worth, and working too hard for too little.)

Thank you to Kyle and Carson for sharing their knowledge, and to the community for being so supportive. I am truly very grateful!

Blessings!

Hi Tammy,

I myself went through something similar. I took a year off WA to try to make money elsewhere and failed.

Had I stuck with it since day 1, I would have been ahead with my online business.

But as the saying goes, "Better late than never".

Welcome back and don't give up no matter what!

Keisha

Welcome back Tammy!

Godspeed!

Thank you very much!
