I'm not fat, I'm fluffy
Here are my thoughts regarding society and fat shaming!
I don't have a problem with my body, I have a problem with the way society treats me because of it.
I love to eat, and I love to eat all day long! But people keep telling me if I don't lose weight, then no one will ever love me. How is that fair? Why do I have to change who I am and how I look just to be accepted by others?
Maybe if we stopped being so mean to each other and started being kinder, we could start seeing each other as people instead of numbers on the scale.
It doesn't matter how much someone weighs—what matters is how they feel about themselves. And if you're not happy with your body, that's okay!

That's totally normal! But it doesn't make you any less of a person than anyone else. It just means there are some things you need to work on, and that's okay too!
I hope everybody enjoyed this little post. Remember to judge people for who they are inside instead of what they look like❤️

I can relate so much to this, my whole life I have been a rollercoaster of numbers on the old dreadful scale!! It is such a shame how society and social media controls us and our emotions. I understand being heavy is a health issue, but I don't want to hear it every time I go in public. I don't want to open an app or switch on the television to hearing criticism on obesity. I did lose weight for over 10 years of my life, and I felt so good and had all the energy in the world. I now am tipping the scale again and I am hard enough on myself i don't want to hear it from others because it just makes me feel worse.

I love this - I’m not fat I’m fluffy! I have to adopt this saying for myself Terrance.
We spend so much time criticising our bodies instead of being grateful to them for what they do. If other people don’t like the way I look they can turn their heads away.
Thank you for the thoughtful post!

Wonderful little post! I am fortunate that I can eat about anything I want, but my wife is one of the folks you are talking about. She constantly works on keeping her self to a moderate shape. I guess part of our walk in life together has been that I love her no matter what!
