This is Called a Snippet

It was created with a snippet tool. If you have Windows 10 or even an older versions of the Windows operating system, you have a snippet tool on your computer. A snippet is a screen shot of something on your computer. To use the tool I clicked on the circle next to the arrow that points to the windows icon at the bottom of my computer screen and typed in the words snippet tool, but first I made sure that I had on my screen the page that I wanted to take a screen shot of. Dangling participle, yes, I know. Moving on. The snippet tool then pops up on top of that page. I clicked on New and outlined the area on the page that I wanted to snip out.
It's as easy as clipping coupons and I am sure that I will find several uses for this tool. Try it.
