I am 15 years into real estate and one thing I recognize is that I could ramp up to 10 clients and build a team, but I wasnt all that happy about the fact that I would no longer have a LIFE of my own if I did so....Enter Wealthy Affiliates! Like you, I too wanted to create a backup source of income. Granted, my WA journey has opened a few doors that I did not expect to open - like opening a brick and mortar shop inside my real estate office. It too will be online someday.

My kids are in Georgia. The Lawrenceville area.
I am currently a one person shop in a country town. I only work with rural property, five acres and up. It was for me to get leads and to have something to do in the slower times. I opened the shop last fall.
I joke that before long I will know everyone that has a pig in the entire county. My shop sells art, home decor, and used books that relate to the country life style. Cute pig items have been the single best seller.
I'm getting lots of leads but so far none are doing anything in the short run. People come into the shop over and over again - so I am definitely building relationships. It is weird having people give me phone numbers, email address and requesting to be put on a mailing list without having to try to get that info.
Someday, I will have time to get everything will be online also....
