Hey all, I'm wondering how earning money works for people based in the UK from WA? I understand its all in US dollars which is fine, but how does it work for people earning money in the UK? Thanks in advance!

Hi - are you talking about earning commission from WA itself or other affiliate programs? WA pays in dollars through PayPal, so the only downside is that PayPal uses a lower exchange rate so you will receive less than expected. UK affiliate programs typically pay direct into your bank account, and there is no currency conversion to worry about.
I was planning on doing the affiliate boot camp first to see how i get on, so yes it is the WA commission i believe. That's very useful to know thank you!
PayPal is quite annoying actually! I work for a Swedish writing agency and typically lose around £50 per month due to their exchange rate.

Currently, much of the online world works through US $ and currently, WA pays commissions through Pay Pal using US dollars
The easiest way is to simply set up a Pay Pal account, it gives transparency, there can be costs associated with Pay Pal they are the costs of doing business.
One of the things it does do is make it easy to receive and make payments.
At times the exchange rate can work in our favor and at times it can work against us.
All payment gateways have their own particular idiosyncrasies.
Starting out it can be best to follow the path of least resistance.
