Is the internet saturated?
Lately, When talking to people about Wealthy affiliate, I have been told it is a waste of time because the internet is saturated. Many believe that those who joined earlier were lucky and now it is only to make WA wealthy.
I believe there are niches out there that are not saturated. I also believe that everyday, new niches are discoverd that may not have been years ago.
What do you think?

Those who are putting you off, have obviously tried and failed or are not prepared to put the work into be successful, not with WA, or anything for that matter
Those people dis suade others from doing so
Personally, you have to be committed coachable and consistent to be successful, then it happens
There is no better place to be than online, I have been for 18 years nearly, 9 of which have been full time and I work in a specific niche that I have been in all that time, which has served me well.
WA, give you the opportunity to have and OWN your OWN business, as opposed to being an affiliate ONLY in ventures such as MLM for example

It is not as saturated as many people lead us to believe, however, there are certain markets which are so.
You just stear away from these and find those niches which aren't saturated.
Take your time and do some research before putting your body and soul into it so you won't end up disappointed.
I agree people need to take time and find those niches that aren't saturated.
It is easy to give up when you rush into the wrong niche and find out after months of hard work that it was a waste of time.
I think the whole "fast" mentality is the reason many people fail.
If everyone visited just one website on a single interest in their lifetime, then yes, the internet is saturated. However, most people will go to multiple sites for multiple interests. As long as you can come up with the niches, quality content, and get in front of the people, you are good.

Good points, there are a lot of people and niches on the internet. I believe there are some untapped niches out there, might have to do some more digging to find them though :)
I think people who are reluctant are intimidated by the niche finding process. They also are not patient; expecting it to happen now!
It is this desire for the "now" I believe, is making all these schemes pop up on the internet everyday promising quick money .

I am In the Travel Niche
Travel is probably one of the most saturated Niches there is!
Trip Advisor, Loney Planet Frommers, Newspaper travel columns Comparison Sites, Travel agents, along with 1000000000000's of Blogs, Instagram Warriors etc etc....
Everyone wants to get on the Gravy train, As after all If you can be successful in the Travel Niche you can actually get paid to TRAVEL
It's a big carrot.
So if any Niche is saturated it's this one.
However, I have Carved out a little success so far... First $1000 Month - Growth Continuing Nicely! And continue to grow week by week...And I haven't hunted out a strange unheard of travel gem to exploit, Nope I have targeted BIG USA City's as destinations.
While there is a huge number of people trying to make money from the internet it is still miles from saturation, as only a select few have the tenacity to weather the storms and keep plowing on until they get what they want!
