Google and Facebook Conflict with my Facebook promotions?

Is this an exercise in futility?

I have observed over the last couple of weeks that every time I post an affiliate link ad on Facebook that same day or at least within 24 hours there will be a post in my feed from the same company I am promoting the same product! It is a sponsored ad from the company I am an affiliate with?

I posted this ad yesterday afternoon:

Three hours later there is a Microsoft sponsored ad for Surface computers in my feed.

I know that google tracks where we go and puts things it thinks we are interested in in our feeds and ads for the products in our site, but how do these sponsored ads for the same products get there?

What is my concern?

My concern is that if these ads follow my ads and all my viewers see them, that they will click on the company ad following my ad and that it will knock out my cookie and then when they buy I will not get the commission. Does anyone else see this happening and is there anything we can do about it?

I totally believe it is an automated thing between Google and Facebook, but it is very concerning.

Please advise if you have any facts on this and if I should be concerned and what I can do if anything.

I believe it is the setting of your Facebook account. If i am not mistaken, there is a setting that let you choose to see the types of ads that appear on your feeds. I do not overly concern as others might not see what you see on your feed as it depends their respective account setting. If you don't want to see similar things appear on your feed, I believe you need to review the setting.

Sounds a little bit like AdSense. Do you have an AdSense account?

I have no AdSense or Adwords accounts yet.
