First nasty email from affiliate marketing

I market and promote WA daily. Out of 50 interests I usually have one or two at least sign up for a free trial. Today I got this response after explaining WA to someone, directing them to my websites, and encouraging them to sign up.

"No Thank You,,please remove me from your mailing list.

I do not pay to write for anybody or any site...quite the opposite. You should pay me 49 a month if you want me to do all the work..go get a job !!!"

It really surprised me this person was so ignorant. I'm wondering if I'm coming off wrong?

My WA affiliate marketing link is in my profile is anyone could provide feedback. This just kind of discouraged me and made me feel like I'm ripping people off.

I truly think I'm trying to help people earn some revenue writing about topics they love.

Please bring me back up WA community! I've had such a great experience here.

Tanya, there will always be people who just have a negative attitude about everything. That was just one, know that there are plenty of positive people on this earth. You are fine with what you are doing, plus you did not make the payment scale anyway. I hope this will help you in your thinking.

Hi Tanya, There are a great many ads on the internet and offline for that matter, that purport to enable you to earn money, then, in the next breath are asking you to send them money. Most are just scams. I tend to think that anyone who asks me to send them money first is not worth bothering with. A genuine job opportunity wouldn't do that.
I think this person hasn't read past the first section on your site, and has wrongly jumped to the conclusion that you are doing the same.
You can't win them all, so don't beat yourself up about it. I had someone jumping on my fb posts at one time, telling everyone not to go there, as it's a scam. I confronted him, and he admitted he didn't know what I was advertising, yet was prepared to tell the world I was a scam artist !!
My ad was just for anyone looking to earn money go take a look here, kind of ad, and his reasoning was that if I wasn't prepared to tell people up front what I was advertising, it must be a scam.
I admit that, annoying as that person was in their approach, it made me re-think the way I advertised, and where I advertised.
So, if you are not getting anywhere, maybe rethink your approach, or if you are having success, and this guy is a one-off, then ignore him (I am assuming him) and carry on as you are. You can't please all the people all the time unfortunately.

It was actually a girl! I kindly replied back and explained the program more to her and she stopped responding

Thanks for the words of encouragement.

Just a thought had this person had any contact with your website
"makecashwriting dot com" on which you promote WA.

There have been many sites/newspaper ads in the past asking people to make a payment before being directed to "work opportunities" if someone just associated the site name with the cost of WA without bothering to read any details I could understand the confusion.

If I receive mail that looks like "job opportunites" in the mail/email I always look to the bottom for a price, if I find one it goes straight in the trashcan without being read.

I wouldn't get too upset about it just put it down to a miss-understanding.

When I first started sharing people's sites on my social media pages, I posted a status on Facebook explaining to people that I was sharing the hardwork of people I've networked with through WA. In part of that post, I explained that every single website that people go to, is just another person trying to make money on something they love and are passionate about.

You can mention to your naysayers that; everytime they go and look at a website, they are potentially making someone else money. For the most part, all these sites you visit when you want to look something up, research something, or find an answer to a question or even for entertainment, you are looking at the work of someone just like you who wrote that content and is now making money from your interests. So you can either help someone else make money from your passions in life, or YOU can make money from your own passions! !

Unfortunatly, you will get those that have bad vibes about internet marketing, it is usually because they have been burned on something similar to this before or they are just set in their ways meaning work hard for someone else for a living (all the training here at Wa is worth alot more than $49.00 a month).
People like this, just don't grasp the concept of WA and everything they are missing out on, especially a chance to be really free. You will always have the Mediocre Thinkers but those who Think Big and really want to be Successful in something it takes alot of effort on our behalf and a different mindset.

Keep Pursuing your Dreams!

There will always be haters out there. This person doesn't seem to get what you're offering so just ignore them. Just curious, the user mentioned to take them off your mailing list. Are they actually signing up willingly or are you contacting them through other means? Usually when it's an unsolicited message promoting things then they might have a negative reaction and is also considered spam. Make sure that the people you contacted actually agreed to be contacted by signing up to your newsletter.

Thanks. It's not through a website it's through Facebook and other means. I explained WA in the email and sent her to a link. The she freaked out lol. I may want to try a different approach, however I've had 3 sign ups in a week with this method. I suppose there will always be haters

Hang in there. Lots of trolls in this world.
