I can't do this alone.
Hi WA Family!
I hope this greets you all well? I've been under the weather the last few days. I may have to visit the doctor as I think I may have brochial pneumonia again.
I can't do this alone. With trying to put together a class with classroom rules, classwork, trying to find a way to implement a how to on using the owner's manual and show people how to use things like a tire gauge and other stuff. I'm stuck. I could really use some real help. (Someone actually shared an idea to help me earlier. :D )
It's been really hard lately to find the time to do training, work on my site, go to work and have a life. The balance thing isn't all its cut out to be. I've never had any kind of stability in my life, so I know that's part of it. I have trouble with focus because I'm "hyperactive". My thought process is like a bouncing ball... all over the place.
All I want to do is succeed in helping others. I want to teach something important and share information that people need. I want to be free of the "job" and not because I don't like it, because I need the time to expand my horizons.
Eventually I plan on writing a few books, creating another newsletter, and maybe even learn to repair my own vehicle through an automotive class. I've wanted to do that for years. Then I can help others to do the same.
Thank God for WA! You guys ROCK!
Sylvia

Hello,
I work with children who suffer from attention deficit with
or without hyperactivity. To stay organized in their day, they divided each activities. Two hours of concentration for one thing, two hours for another, an so on.
But they are children, they don't have as much occupation as you do. All I know is that until they are healed, it helps them to move forward in their day.
As the saying goes:"Rome was not made in a day". I'm certain that by perseverence, you will get there.
Courage!
Ingrid
Hello Sylvia, doing all this alone is fine in the short term and on a small scale, but reading your message proves that in the long term, hyperactivity doesn't work. As mentioned by Donnie Norton prioritize your day, but above all your health.
However, I am impressed by the willingness you show in your passion.
Please take good care of yourself.
Best,
It is very difficult to keep all the balls in the air. Many of us have this problem. Just try to make a list and focus on one thing at a time.

Repairing Cars is a very large subject...
Perhaps it needs narrowing to something specific...
And once done another piece of the car
Just my 2 cents
PS
Use thyme and black pepper on daily bases
It will help you heal
I'm concentrating on basic maintenance like checking fluids, tire pressures, changing bulbs, where to find information, using the owners manual and other stuff.

Hi Sylvia,
Understand where you are coming, often think that I am hyperactive, as I need to be doing something all the, must confess I do try to structure but it does not always work, as I flit from one thing to another.
Take it steady.
Stuart
Hi Stuart! Glad I'm not the only one who struggles with that.
