Anxiety
I want to talk about anxiety because I have troubles with this myself, and I know a lot of people feeling more anxious than uselly during this insecure periode since the beginning of the pandemy.
I Had problem with anxiety myself before we learn the news with this bad virus. I was alone and fithing for my kids against Social Services for a long period of 10 years, and I was allready down because of all that alone.
Now, this anxiety is more present then ever so I want to talk about it not just because it's an important subject theses times for a lot of people, but also to give you my solutions or tips to help ourself passing through this long and anxious period.
1. MEDITATION AND RELAXATION
I knew Meditation was good way to calm my brain but I realise more and more that, this is what's working the most for me. Make me more calm everytime upon that stress. More I do relaxation and meditation ... and more I want to do it again.
2. BREATH
When I passing through a panic reaction, the only way to calm down for me is to sit or lay down on the floor and breathe starting slowly from the belly. Instantly, my heart calm down. Usely, 5 big breath like that and the panic reaction cool down it's proved.
3. WRITING MY TAUGHTS ON PAPER
Writing on paper, with a real pen help me a lot in my case. That express my feeling in an other way then facebook for my part. After I wrote, I always feel better, and I'm not regretting some Facebook post after it's published.
4. TAKING A HOT BATH
This is my favorite one. I always taking bath for relaxing of something is going on in my head to much. The hot temperature calm my nerves and I love it anyway. I do taking bath when I'm surfeiting from big headache.
5. ASK HELP TO YOUR FRIENDS OR RESSOURCES FOR HELP
Asking for help is the first step, try somebody who listen and try to understand insted of make you feel judge. It's important to get help, I know for sure because I don't have myself any help.... just those methods that works for me

Thanks for sharing Sophie. Yes, life can be really hard sometimes but we are here for you in this community. Look forward in life especially when life is beating you down. You can do it! And i think you are doing really great because you can write so well!
