Hunkering Down for the Storm

I know that most of you that know or have followed me here at WA know that I always try to embrace most situations in life, and that I am always trying to live my life the best that I can by helping and encouraging others. Although my posts in the past might have upset some, I am not about to feel bad for anything that I have ever done here since being a member. Although I am no longer listed in the top 25 as an ambassador that doesn't mean that I won't do everything I can to make people feel good if only for the few fleeting seconds that they are reading my comment or post. That makes me an ambassador in my heart.

I love this community and have made so many wonderful connections in my network along the way and although I will not mention by name the one's who are really special know who they are and to you I want you to know that I value your friendship more than you probably imagine.

Things here are getting a little bit crazy as we prepare for one of the worst storms that has come our way in about 13 years. Yup Irma (what the heck kind of name is tthat for a storm anyway) is headed our way. They have told people in Key West to evacuate already, tourists visiting the Pan Handle area to get out of Dodge as the old expression goes tomorrow. Miami will be a ghost town by Thursday evening, and it is expected to hit the area I live in by Friday night Saturday morning. Yes this one is going to be a doosey. So folks batten down the hatches. We made our trip to get our necessary supplies to weather out the storm today and the stores were crazy with people in a panic.

I have the deepest sympathy for all those that have suffered the wrath of this storm so far but it isn't over yet.

I may possibly be without Internet or power for a few days so if I am cut off from the rest of the world, just please keep us in your prayers.

Luv

Rolling On

Sunday

You will always be an AMBASSADOR to me Sunday, I have found your encouragement to be so beneficial both here in my projects and the projects that we are working on together.

I am praying for you and all in the path of this storm that it takes a hard right turn and goes where it belongs, out to sea.

You know I got nothin but luv for you all and be safe.

My son and his girlfriend are in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic and are set to come home this Thursday but I don't see that happening. Irma is set to hit there Thursday, worried to death but all we can do is pray they and all are well. Good luck to you in Fl and let's hope the storm takes a hard right turn into the ocean, God Bless!

With a bit of luck, he'll make. the airport are still opened.

Here in North Florida, it was even crazy today! I didn't think we were even supposed to hear anything for our area until Wednesday...Geez! Folks are nuts here! I have friends in South Fla and all over the rest of the state, the Carolinas and on up the coast! I don't usually worry too much where I am because we are a little barrier island that usually gets missed...but dang...it's that time of year! Everyone stay safe! I will decide hopefully mid-week if am gonna batten down the hatches here!

Good luck. Be safe. Prayers to you and your family.

Thank you very much

Hugz
