how do you get instagram followers and how do you make them stay

my snack fitness account started nearly a year, i gained and lost followers so i never reach 100 , i post regularly so i dont know why, i see other similar accounts have 1k followers over a year and there posts are neary the same as my posts so why do i keep losing followers xx

Instagram followers seem to come and go more than any other platform in my experience. I think there are many who follow to get followers, then unfollow. It requires more work regularly to build followers because of that - at least that is my experience. BTW I searched for your profile as you typed it above, and it said no results.
