Be Careful what you Wish for
Have you heard that saying?
Be careful what you wish for, you might just get it!
Recently, I was up for a promotion at work and I got the job. I am excited to have some new challenges and to have the opportunity to contribute on a larger scale.
I look at all my opportunities as a way to help other people, so the promotion allows me to be able to help more people than I was able to help in my prior role.
Sometimes helping others means you sacrifice a little of yourself or your wants.
I have been so busy with the job I have not had as much time here at WA or on my websites, as I would like. As matter of fact, this is my first WA blog post in weeks and just before I accepted the position I was blogging here daily.
I did get to enjoy the live training last night and chat with some friends and that was great. I hope the rest of you are doing well and I look forward to catching up.

Thanks, John... I will still be able to find some time to be here. I am sure the further along I get there the less I will be pressed to be on the go all the time.
The good news is I make my own schedule aside from meetings I am required to attend.
In a sense, you get the best of both worlds. True, you don't have as much time to spend her as you used to. But, you have a new position at work, which probably means you're make more money, too. And, you can still find time to check in her, so it gives you something to look forward to and it makes the time you spend here even more special.
It shows you haven't lost site of your goals. It may be slower going, but as long as you keep moving forward, you'll get there.
