TRidge has a point with the black jack, may I suggest you look for affiliates that you can use such as amazon, you could find items related to back relief such as books or back massage items this can vary from oils used to an electronic back massager or there are some wooden rollers too. These items relate to your niche and give you funds as well as adding credit to your site, besides some times people want some quick fix items to help them. Its really all about marketing to your niche correctly so you can also increase traffic. :) Hope this helps!

Great site, excellent content as well. A few things I'd like to share with you though.

Since your site is blue and white as well as your background, they sort of blend. I'd suggest darkening your background a bit so you'll have a contrast.

Your social share buttons blend into the blue and white as well - maybe color them so they really stand out.

Lastly, we're all looking to make a few bucks but, the "Online Black Jack" lessens the authority of your health site in my opinion.
