Exciting Site Revamp!

After 6-8 months of creating an ecourse and revising my site using Thrive Architect it is now ready to be rolled out! I started at Wealthy Affiliates in November of 2017 not quite knowing what I was getting myself into. It sparked a creative journey in me that was unexpected and rewarding. I found all my prior graphic experience gave me a great starting point to work to make my vision a reality. My hubbie, Marty Gallagher, has good name recognition online and we teamed up to take Functional Strength to the next level. I created an ecourse as my FREE gift that can walk trainees through the Core4 lifts of squat, bench, deadlift and overhead press with a progressive structure that can be used for both beginner and advanced trainees. I also included cardio and nutrtion information to aid trainees in their transformation journey. I decided to also create a Free Resources page to give people additional information to help them achieve their fitness goals. I wanted to create a customer experience that would help people find quality training information as well as my affiliate posts.
