Are you panicking because of the Google update?
I’m really panicking here, because of the Google update. Save me ParthaB, work your magic wizard powers to make everything OK. Man that guy is a stinking genius and an SEO expert.
I’m hearing in all over Reddit and Twitter, all the panic is coming through like a whirlwind among everyone.
There was a comment on Reddit, someone really frustrated that his site got hit after 10 months he is selling his website, because hosting is costing him more than what he is making.
There is chaos everywhere. It’s like the World War III of SEO. Has anyone seen a Google algorithm like this with this much impact on people.
We are all dying. Pack up your bags because the world is gonna end tomorrow JK lol.
We are midway through the storm. My site has gone down in impressions, but fortunately I do have a few keywords and articles ranked even on position 10 and 15 after a four month old website.
Should I cry a river and close up shop?
Should I pull my hair out and go on a killing spree because I am so upset?
What do you want Google? Come save me from this pit I fell in. I was told when I signed up that I would make money at wealthy affiliate starting tomorrow. (not really, but people probably do think that.)
But among the chaos and everything, I am still writing. I’ve been able to do about three articles a week. I do use AI to do a lot of the research.
I do use the AI author platform, but use it with discretion though, because you need to edit the content to make it your own. Add your own anecdotes and experiences. Be sure to check stats too.
Fortunately, though, when I see common on Reddit about people closing shop, I’m like this might be good for us because of less competition.
Fortunately, I found a way to stay calm during the storm.

We all just need to keep on keeping on, ride out the storm and see where we land once it has passed my friend!!
I did not know there was a recent Google update. Anyway, my newest site has been on the rise since early March. I think older sites are getting less attention than newer ones.
The crash started with the update last year and has only worsened. There was a slight recovery in october and then down again... Many online businesses went bankrupt. Nothing to be proud of. Nothing.
There is no plan, nor emergency
Just crash
And know there are social media, and other search engines like bing, baidu, .... to rely on
And as you said, hold on...

We have all been hit. These aren't spammy sites either. My weather website with 232 articles has gone from 295 impressions a day and an average page ranking of 28.2 on March 2nd, down to 8 impressions at an average page ranking of 74.5 a fortnight later. It is a mature domain, more than three years old.
Basically, it has been delisted to page 8 in Google (the graveyard). I'm at a losss what to do to recover.
