Just completed Certification Course 2.
It's been two months since I joined WA and it feels like I have learned so much already from the training I have completed and the feedback I have received. And that's a great feeling in itself! :) .
Looking back it is really empowering to have my own domaine and website up and running - I never imagined that I could do this successfully before I became a member here! I am comfortable with my niche - natural blood pressure solutions - and have learned much myself researching this area. Initially I chose this as I wanted to help my brother (who suffers from hypertension) find a way to control it more naturally, without having to rely so heavily on prescription medications. And I hope in time I can help many others who also deal with this common problem.
Since I am currently working on getting higher rankings within Google, my successes to date have been more to do with creating a strong base for my site, mastering the challenges of creating quality content posts for my website and eliciting feedback and comments. Financial rewards are a ways off yet, but I am truly happy to celebrate the small achievements along the way.
In the next 3 months I plan to complete the remaining Certification courses and in 6 months who knows but maybe I will be attracting sufficient traffic to give me a shot at earning some initial commissions on referrals.
Realistically, I shouldn't become overoptimistic about this yet, but dedication and commitment will certainly keep me rolling forward. That plus the ongoing awesome support and encouragement from you - fellow WA community members!!
Wishing everyone out there the very best of success and luck in 2017!! And a very Merry and Restful Yuletide Season!!

Re: website feedback
1. Is there a way to make font on the side bar on the left so that "Natural Blood Pressure Solutions" is not broken up like it is?
Natural
Blood Pressure
Solutions
or something like that? I think it would look better with the words broken up with spaces, but maybe that is just me.
Very good information and a topic of great interest to me, especially the information about the coffee! I was actually thinking of doing something about the health benefits of coffee.
I don't plan on going beyond black coffee though. I DO plan on adding healthier recipes of adding coconut oil and ghee to coffee though. I personally don't like milk and sugar in my coffee.
i digress....your website has really good information. I will refer to your website in the future. Also, I personally use a natural solution/holistic for health so this was great.
I wish you success on your website!
BTW I am from BC originally and most of my immediate family lives in BC but I do also have family in Edmonton. I lived in Calgary for 3 years. I moved to Minnesota in 2001.
Thanks Gaylene. Still a long way to go but it's going to be a great journey.
All the best to you
Nick

I also wanted to mention that I think it is great how you defined everything...holistic, spiritual, and then said WHY you choose to forego prescriptions (synthetic, side effects.
Even though I agree with you 100% and people looking at your website do to, perhaps you should write on your website somewhere a disclaimer about NOT being a medical professional and the information you present is based on your personal experiences? I know that the holistic approach is safe, but just to protect yourself. just a suggestion :)
