I've had problems with mine more than once, I don't like it but at times I forget to add the funds as I only keep $100. at any time in the accounts.

I need to step up the game but have been so busy on sites and building that I haven't taken the time yet.

Hi, from my experience with that problem, I had to open a Pay pal account, add my credit card and set up a standing order. That has been working fine, thus far!
